Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are an OBM trade company with over 30 years of experience in Fatty acid esters, Preservatives and Photoinitiator .
Q: Do you provide free samples for testing?
A: Yes, we do. We can send you some free samples for testing and quality evaluation.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For stock items: generally 7–15 days; for mass production, 15–30 days, which is subject to the production cycle after sample confirmation.
Q: How does your factory control product quality?
A: Quality is our top priority for every batch of goods.
We always attach great importance to quality control covering the entire process from IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control)
to OQC,Our QA/QC team will ensure product quality throughout production and before shipment.
Q: Do you accept OEM, ODM or OBM orders?
A: Yes, we certainly do.
Q: What trade terms do you offer?
A: We accept FOB Shanghai, other terms which will be negotiated upon cooperation between both parties.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, L/C or other payment methods negotiated mutually by both parties.
