Jimei G-2 (Diazolidinyl Urea) is an efficient, broad-spectrum formaldehyde-releasing type preservative. Its appearance is white free-flowing powder, with no odor or a slight characteristic smell. It dissolves easily in water, is partially soluble in organic solvents like propylene glycol and ethanol, but cannot dissolve in absolute ethanol and oily substances. By slowly releasing formaldehyde, this product achieves antibacterial performance, which can significantly inhibit molds, yeasts and many kinds of bacteria (especially Gram-positive bacteria).
